• Identification and minimum age
You must present a valid, original ID document: passport, national ID or foreign resident ID. Online check-in before arrival is recommended.
Minimum age: 18. Guests under 18 are not accepted.
• Payments, guarantees, taxes and additional charges
Online payment before arrival is recommended, but full prepayment is not required. The remaining balance is paid in Colombian pesos at check-in. Amounts shown in USD or other currencies are for reference only and may vary depending on the exchange rate.
Cash and credit or debit cards are accepted. The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
The 19% VAT on the stay is not included in the rate and must be paid by residents of Colombia. The stated policy provides exemptions for foreign guests and non-resident Colombians travelling for medical treatment; leisure or tourism; cultural, scientific or sporting events; conventions or business; or as part of cruise transit groups. For the exemption, the source requires a passport with a TP stamp valid for 90 days.
• Cancellations, changes and no-shows
Check the policy published on the platform where you made your booking. The stated policy allows cancellations or changes up to 48 hours before arrival; after that deadline, or in case of a no-show, the first night is charged. Once check-in is completed, changes to the booking are non-refundable.
• Breakfast and services
Breakfast is not included. You can purchase it at a special rate when confirming your booking on the website, via WhatsApp or at reception upon arrival. The promotional rate does not apply after check-in is completed.
• Pets and assistance animals
Pets up to 17 kg are allowed only in private rooms, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. A COP 70,000 surcharge per stay applies.
According to the stated policy, assistance or guide dogs are accepted free of charge upon presentation of the corresponding certificate. A copy of the pet's passport must be presented at check-in, and you should review the pet-care rules for the stay.
• Accommodation allocation and luggage
Beds are not assigned in advance. If you are travelling as a group and want to stay in the same dorm, request it by email before arrival; allocation is subject to availability.
You may leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out.
• House rules
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, Viajero reserves the right to accept, refuse or remove any guest whose conduct affects other guests' stay or breaches the property's policies.
• Special conditions
The property rejects exploitation, pornography and sex tourism involving children and adolescents. The source cites Colombian Laws 1336 of 2009, 679 of 2001 and 1236 of 2008. It also states its commitment to preventing the use, abuse and addiction to psychoactive substances and cites Law 1566 of 2012.
