Promotion:

Save 25% on accommodation this Black Week Viajero at all Viajero Hostels destinations.

This promotion is only applicable for reservations made through the website.

Booking Period:

Make your reservation from Saturday, November 23, 2024, until Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Travel Period:

You can travel from Saturday, November 23, 2024, until Monday, March 31, 2025.

Conditions:
Subject to destination-specific restrictions on certain peak season dates. The cancellation policy will be the same as the base rate of each property.

Restrictions: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

GENERAL POLICIES:

Guests under 18 years are not allowed to enter the Hostel.
 
 

PRICE POLICIES:

The prices do not include the IGV tax (18%), which only applies to Peruvians or foreigners with more than 59 days in Peru. If you are a foreigner with less than 60 days in Peru, you must present your passport with an entry stamp to Peru at reception to access this exemption.
 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

1. Non-refundable payments
2. If you want to modify the characteristics of the reservation:
* Reduce the number of nights:made 48 hours or less before the arrival date; a charge for the amount of one night plus taxes applies.
* Change room type: made 48 hours before the arrival date; a charge for one night plus taxes applies; no charge will apply if you want to improve the room type.
*Reduce the number of people: Non-refundable; additionally, Viajero-Kokopelli has the right to sell the bed/room to other clients if they wish.
 
Any modification or cancellation to your reservation during the stay must be reported at the hotel reception at least 24 hours in advance, taking into account the check-in time of each hotel. Otherwise, the previously described conditions will apply.
 
In case of a "No Show" or not showing up at the destination on the day of your reservation, we must charge the first night of your reservation. If your reservation is a non-refundable rate, we must make the total charge for your reservation to the registered credit card.
