1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, REGRET, REVOCATION OR COOLING-OFF RULE
You may exercise the right of withdrawal, regret, revocation or cooling-off rule within the period granted by applicable law, as set forth below:

The right of withdrawal, regret, revocation or cooling-off rule may be requested within the period granted by law following the purchase, provided that the stay has not started or the service has not yet been provided.
Therefore, it will only apply when the arrival date is later than the applicable legal period counted from the purchase date.
Upon exercising this right:
* The reservation will be canceled, and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
* The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 30 calendar, consecutive or natural days, as applicable.
* It will not apply when the stay begins before the applicable legal period expires or when the service has already been used.
2. PAYMENT REVERSAL REQUEST
When payment has been made through electronic means, you may request a payment reversal in any of the following cases:
* Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
* Duplicate charge.
* Purchased service not received.
* Reservation confirmation was not issued.
Such requests will be evaluated in accordance with the current internal policies of the corresponding financial institution and will be subject to the applicable anti-fraud verification processes.
The request applies only when payment has been made through valid electronic means, such as credit cards, debit cards or other digital payment instruments.
3. ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT
3.1. Purpose
VIAJERO HOSTELS will provide the guest with accommodation for the number of nights reserved, together with any additional services requested and subject to availability.
3.2. Prices and payments
* The nightly rate will be the rate indicated in the reservation and will include taxes when applicable.
* Published rates may not include local taxes, government fees, tourism contributions or other mandatory charges. Such amounts will be disclosed and charged in accordance with the applicable laws of the country and city where the establishment is located.
* Prices and charges will be processed in local currency at check-in or in advance, depending on the conditions of the selected rate.
* The timing of the charge may vary depending on the booking channel, selected rate or applicable commercial conditions.
* The total price shown in US dollars or other currencies in the reservation is for informational purposes only and may vary according to the applicable exchange rate.
* The guest must verify the tax conditions applicable to the selected accommodation, as the inclusion of taxes in the rate may vary depending on the country of operation.
* Any additional consumption must be paid by the guest at the time it is requested. Such charges will not be posted to accounts or automatically charged to debit or credit cards. Payments will be made in the local currency of the country where the accommodation is located.
* VIAJERO HOSTELS will request a credit card as a guarantee for the reservation or additional consumption.
* For reservations made through online travel agencies, known as OTAs, or other third parties, the payment, cancellation and modification conditions established by the corresponding channel may apply and will prevail where applicable.
3.3. Check-in and check-out
* Early departure must be notified at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Otherwise, the value of the unused night or nights may be charged.
* In all cases, the guest must comply with the check-out time established by the property.
* Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. must be notified in advance. Otherwise, the reservation may be automatically canceled.
4. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Non-Refundable Rate
This rate does not allow cancellations or modifications.
In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Flexible Rate
This rate allows the reservation to be canceled or modified without penalty within the deadlines established by each hostel.
Cancellations or modifications made outside the applicable deadline will be subject to a penalty in accordance with the conditions established by each property.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show occurs when the guest does not arrive at the establishment on the reserved arrival date and has not previously notified the cancellation through the official channels.
Unlike a cancellation, a no-show does not entitle the guest to a refund or rescheduling. A charge equal to 100% of the total reservation amount will apply, regardless of the rate booked.
The guest authorizes VIAJERO HOSTELS to process this charge using the registered payment method, guarantee card or in accordance with the conditions of the booking channel used.
6. ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
VIAJERO HOSTELS may process partial or full advance charges when confirming the reservation or at any time before check-in, depending on the conditions of the selected rate.
The guest authorizes such charges when entering their payment information.
7. UPGRADES AND MODIFICATIONS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Before the arrival date, VIAJERO HOSTELS may offer the guest options to improve their reservation, known as upgrades, including but not limited to room-type changes, additional services or other preferential conditions.
When the guest accepts an upgrade, it will be considered a final modification of the original reservation and will be subject to the conditions of the newly selected rate or service.
Once the upgrade has been accepted, the reservation cannot be returned to its original condition, and no changes, cancellations or refunds associated with the modification may be requested, except in the cases expressly provided for under the applicable rate.
The upgrade may be accepted through digital channels, including but not limited to chatbot, email or messaging platforms, and such acceptance will have full contractual validity.
8. GROUP RESERVATIONS
Reservations for fifteen (15) or more accommodation units are considered group reservations and are subject to special commercial conditions.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES AND USE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
9.1. VIAJERO HOSTELS
* VIAJERO HOSTELS is not responsible for items that have not been formally delivered into its custody.
* VIAJERO HOSTELS is not liable for the loss of or damage to items left in rooms or common areas.
* VIAJERO HOSTELS reserves the right to reassign rooms for operational reasons, guaranteeing accommodation of equal or superior quality.
* VIAJERO HOSTELS may refuse to accept items of significant value or size into its custody.
* VIAJERO HOSTELS will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, interruptions to public utilities, failures of third-party services or events beyond its reasonable control.
9.2. Guest responsibilities
The guest agrees to:
* Present valid identification at check-in.
* Acknowledge that VIAJERO HOSTELS is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. Minors will not be permitted to stay at the establishment.
* Maintain appropriate behavior and respect the rules of coexistence.
* Be responsible for any damage caused by the guest or their companions.
* Not allow unregistered persons to use the room.
* Participate in physical, sports or recreational activities at their own risk.
* Remove all personal belongings at the end of the stay.
When the guest fails to remove their belongings, VIAJERO HOSTELS may inventory them in the presence of witnesses and store them at the guest’s expense.
10. ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS
Each VIAJERO HOSTELS establishment has internal regulations and rules of coexistence that the guest agrees to respect throughout their stay.
Any behavior contrary to such rules, applicable law, good customs or public order may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation agreement, without the right to a refund or compensation.
11. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The accommodation agreement will end for any of the following reasons:
* Completion of the reserved period.
* Failure to pay or breach by the guest.
* Behavior contrary to the law or healthy coexistence.
* Other legally applicable causes.
12. SUBSTANCES, ALCOHOL AND WEAPONS
* The entry, possession or consumption of illegal substances within the establishments is prohibited.
* The entry of alcoholic beverages purchased outside the establishment may be restricted according to the policies of each property.
* The entry or possession of weapons of any kind is prohibited.
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the immediate termination of the stay without the right to a refund.
13. SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND ACTIVITIES AT THE ESTABLISHMENT
The guest acknowledges that VIAJERO HOSTELS is an accommodation establishment with a social and community-focused environment where recreational, cultural and entertainment activities may take place.
Such activities may include music, social events, group activities, consumption of alcoholic beverages and other activities typically associated with this type of accommodation.
Consequently, the guest understands and accepts that moderate levels of noise and movement may occur in common areas during their stay, especially at night or during events organized by the establishment.
VIAJERO HOSTELS will seek to maintain reasonable conditions of coexistence among guests. However, the social nature of the establishment forms part of the experience offered and may not be considered a breach of the service.
By making a reservation and staying at the establishment, the guest accepts these conditions as an integral part of the accommodation experience.
14. ERRORS IN RATES AND AVAILABILITY
VIAJERO HOSTELS reserves the right to correct evident errors in rates, availability or descriptions resulting from technical failures, human error or errors in the reservation system.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
The establishment will not be responsible for the total or partial failure to fulfill its obligations when such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of government authorities, pandemics, social conflicts, failures of public utilities, health emergencies or any unforeseeable, unavoidable or irresistible event.
16. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY VIAJERO HOSTELS
VIAJERO HOSTELS reserves the right to cancel or modify a confirmed reservation in the following exceptional circumstances:
* Involuntary overbooking caused by the reservation system.
* Private, institutional or corporate events requiring the total or partial use of the facilities.
* Force majeure or unforeseen events preventing the normal provision of the service.
* Security concerns, urgent maintenance, unforeseen operational circumstances or any event making the provision of accommodation impossible or unsuitable.
When VIAJERO HOSTELS cancels or modifies a reservation:
* The guest will be notified as soon as reasonably possible through the contact details registered in the reservation.
* When possible, VIAJERO HOSTELS may offer the guest relocation within the same establishment, on an alternative date or at an establishment of an equivalent or similar category.
* When the guest does not accept the proposed alternative or relocation is not possible, VIAJERO HOSTELS will issue a full refund of the payments effectively made for the canceled reservation.
* The refund will constitute the guest’s sole compensation for the cancellation of the reservation, and no additional compensation or damages will be payable.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VIAJERO HOSTELS will not be responsible for losses, damages or harm arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances include but are not limited to force majeure, failures of public utilities, transportation cancellations or delays, acts of third parties or natural events.
VIAJERO HOSTELS will also not be responsible for the loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings within the facilities, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Guests are responsible for the care of their belongings. The use of lockers or safety deposit boxes available at the establishment is recommended, when applicable.
18. PET AND SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
The admission of pets is subject to the specific policies of each establishment and must be confirmed before making the reservation.
Properly accredited service or assistance animals will be admitted in accordance with applicable law.
The guest will be responsible for any damage or harm caused by the animal during the stay.
19. ENVIRONMENTAL AND HERITAGE PROTECTION
VIAJERO HOSTELS is committed to protecting the environment and cultural heritage and to complying with the applicable laws of the countries in which it operates.
The illegal trafficking, sale or possession of protected species of flora and fauna, as well as protected cultural property, is prohibited.
Any suspicious conduct will be reported to the competent authorities.
20. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The guest authorizes VIAJERO HOSTELS to collect, store and use their personal data for the following purposes:
* Management of reservations and services.
* Commercial communications.
* Internal studies.
The guest authorizes the sending of communications related to their reservation and the provision of services.
When the guest has provided express consent, VIAJERO HOSTELS may also send promotional information, updates and offers.

Some areas of the facilities may be monitored by video surveillance systems for the security and protection of persons and property.
Recordings will be processed in accordance with applicable law and may only be accessed or used by authorized personnel or competent authorities when appropriate.
21. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
These Terms and Conditions constitute the general framework applicable to all services offered by VIAJERO HOSTELS.
At check-in, the guest must sign a specific accommodation agreement, which may contain additional or supplementary conditions applicable to the corresponding establishment.
Each establishment may also have its own operational policies.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions, the accommodation agreement and the establishment’s specific policies, the provisions of the accommodation agreement signed by the guest will prevail.
The establishment’s policies will apply second, followed by these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22. ADHESION CLAUSE
By making a reservation or using any of the services offered, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement.
23. PREVENTION OF THE COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
VIAJERO HOSTELS rejects and strictly prohibits any form of sexual exploitation or abuse of minors within its facilities.
The guest acknowledges that such conduct is punishable by law and agrees to refrain from any related behavior.
In the event of any suspicion or evidence, an immediate report will be made to the competent authorities.
24. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republics of Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay, as well as the applicable laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute arising from this document will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the country where the relevant event occurred, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
