Good to know

Sauna and steam room access is included only with private rooms. Dorm guests receive discounts; other treatments and circuits have their own terms. Breakfast is not included and can be purchased separately. Check spa opening hours and your rate's terms before booking.

2. Identification and minimum age

You must present an original physical identity document at check-in: a passport, national identity card or foreign resident identity card.

Guests under 18 are not permitted.

3. Payments and security deposits

Full payment before check-in is not required. The balance is payable in Colombian pesos at check-in. Amounts shown in USD or other currencies are for reference only and may vary with the exchange rate.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. The property may preauthorize your card before arrival.

4. Taxes and additional charges

VAT of 19% on the cost of the stay is not included in the rate and must be paid by residents of Colombia. The source provides an exemption for foreign visitors and nonresident Colombians traveling for medical treatment; leisure or tourism; cultural, scientific or sporting events, conventions or business; or as part of tour groups in maritime transit on cruise ships. To qualify for the exemption, the source requires a passport with a TP stamp valid for 90 days.

Breakfast is not included. You can purchase it at a special rate when confirming your reservation on the website, via WhatsApp or at reception upon arrival. The promotional rate does not apply after check-in is complete.

Access to the sauna and steam room is included for private rooms only. Guests staying in shared dorms can enjoy a special discount on the hydrotherapy circuit, sauna and steam room.

Spa: Monday from 10:00 to 19:00; Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00.

7. Pets and assistance animals

Pets weighing up to 17 kg are permitted in private rooms only, with a maximum of 2 per room. An additional charge of USD 15 per stay is stated.

Under the stated policy, assistance or guide dogs are accepted free of charge upon presentation of the relevant certificate. You must present a copy of your pet's passport at check-in and ask about the pet care rules for your stay.

8. Room and bed allocation and luggage storage

Beds are not assigned in advance. If you are traveling as a group and would like to share a dorm, email your request before arrival; allocation is subject to availability.

You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out.

Balconies or terraces in private rooms are subject to availability.

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, Viajero reserves the right to accept, refuse or remove guests whose conduct affects other guests' stays or violates the property's policies.
