Breakfast is not included and can be purchased separately. You must be at least 18 to stay. Visits to Colca Canyon and other attractions take place outside the hostel. Check your rate's terms before booking.

Prices do not include the 18% IGV. According to the stated policy, it applies to Peruvian guests and foreign guests who have been in Peru for more than 59 days. Foreign guests who have been in Peru for less than 60 days must present their passport with the entry stamp at reception to qualify for the exemption.

• Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.

• Breakfast and services

Breakfast is not included. You can purchase it when confirming your booking on the website or at reception upon arrival.

• Pets and assistance animals

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed only in private rooms, with prior coordination at arequipa@viajerohostels.com.

Pets must bring their own bed; they may not sleep on hostel beds or pose a risk to guests or staff. They must be kept on a leash in common areas. You are responsible for their needs. The room will be inspected at check-out and a penalty will be charged if there is any damage.

A PEN 50 fee per pet applies, except when the animal has a service-animal certificate.
