Viajero Huacachina, previously known as Viajero Kokopelli Huacachina, is the best hostel in the oasis.Here, you'll be in the midst of the adventure of the Peruvian desert! Our hostel features anoutdoor pool with a 360-degree view of the dunes. Furthermore, we have a restaurant and bar where the party and activities never stop, and you'll be able to meet friends from all over the world while enjoying local cocktails.

We offer private rooms for double and triple occupancy, some of them with a unique view of the dunes. We also have shared rooms (with women-only options). The shared rooms feature up to 12 spacious pods, each with its own light, switch, and curtains to ensure your privacy.

How to get to Viajero Huacachina

If you're traveling from Lima, you can take a bus to the city of Ica, which is approximately a 4-hour drive away. Once you arrive in Ica, you can get to Huacachina in just a few minutes by taxi or mototaxi. We recommend using a taxi for added safety. Another option is to travel by interprovincial bus directly to Huacachina.
