There is no hot water in the showers.

Guests staying in the additional building must go to the main building for breakfast, the restaurant, bar and activities.

• Pets and assistance animals

Pets up to 17 kg are allowed only in private rooms, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. An additional USD 15 fee per stay applies.

According to the stated policy, assistance or guide dogs are accepted free of charge upon presentation of the corresponding certificate. A copy of the pet's passport must be presented at check-in, and you should review the pet-care rules for the stay.

• Accommodation allocation and luggage

You may leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out.

Single and double rooms are located either in the main building or in an annex one block away. You may request the annex in advance, subject to availability.
