You must present your original passport or Colombian ID at check-in.

Minimum age: 18. Guests under 18 are not accepted.

• Payments, guarantees, taxes and additional charges

Full payment is not required before check-in.

Payment is made upon arrival, in cash or by credit or debit card. The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

The 19% VAT on the stay is not included in the rate and must be paid by residents of Colombia. The stated policy provides exemptions for foreign guests and non-resident Colombians travelling for medical treatment; leisure or tourism; cultural, scientific or sporting events; conventions or business; or as part of cruise transit groups. For the exemption, the source requires a passport with a TP stamp valid for 90 days.
